Salmon Patties

Recipe Ingredients:
1 can Pink Salmon
1 Egg
1 1/2 tbsp Dried Minced Onions
3/4 to 1 cup Cracker Meal
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Seafood Seasoning
1 tsp Dried Parsley
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1/2 tsp Coarsely Ground Black Pepper
3 shakes Hot Sauce
Corn Meal (for coating)
Canola Oil (for frying)

Cooking Directions:
1.  Mix all ingredients together well. Shape into medium-sized patties. Dip each pattie into corn meal and shake off.

2.  Pour about 2 inches of the canola oil into a large skillet. Heat the oil, turn down to around medium heat. Don't let it get too hot. Place the patties into hot oil and fry until brown on each side. Drain on paper towels.

3.  Makes around 8 large patties or 12 small patties.
