Soy Protein Drink

3 Tbsp. Soy protein powder
1/4 Banana
1/4 Apple
3 - 4 Oz. Nonfat Milk or 1% Milk

Cooking Directions:
1.  Blend together in mixer. You can substitute 3 tablespoons of ice milk for the milk if you like. Top with fresh strawberries.
