Recipe for The Best of Both Worlds Healthy Chocolates

Recipe Ingredients:
1/2 Cup  gently melted coconut oil
1/4 Cup  flax oil
1/4 Cup  Cacao powder
1 Tsp.  Vanilla
12 - 15 drops  liquid stevia
1/3 Cup  dry unsweetened coconut
1/3 Cup  raisins (optional)

Cooking Directions:
1.  While coconut oil is melting (don't let it get hot), line a small Tupperware (as for sandwiches) with waxed paper, bringing the paper up over the edge.

2.  When oil is just melted, add the flax oil and all the rest of the ingredients. Adjust sweetness to taste, but be careful as stevia can be overpowering and ruin your dish if too much is added. My coconut is kept in the freezer so it helps cool the mixture a little. Raisins can be added, but they are optional.

3.  Put into freezer or refrigerator for at least 20 minutes. Remove paper and chocolate and put onto a cutting board.These are easy to cut into pieces while on the paper. Store in a freezer container. Will keep in freezer for months. Enjoy!
