Wild Rice Salad

Recipe Ingredients:
3 c turkey or chicken diced
3 c wild rice, cooked
1/2 c celery diced
1 c red or green grapes
1/2 c <a href="/nuts/almonds/slivered.html">Slivered Almonds</a>
Dressing
2 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp dry mustard
2 tbsp <a href="/driedfruit/crystallized-ginger.html">Crystallized Ginger</a>
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp sugar

Cooking Directions:
1.  Mix dressing ingredients together, refrigerate atleast one hour in a large salad bowl. Mix turkey or chicken, rice, etc and top with dressing. Enjoy! I usually leave out the sugar in the end. It is sweet enough with the grapes and the crystalized ginger. Serves 8.
