fat free evaporated milk (more or less to taste) |

Cooking Directions: |

Place the chia seeds, freeze dried Goji berries and turkish figs in a quart jar and fill with water. Shake well and refrigerate overnight. (Shake it a few times before you go to bed.)

In the morning, pour the contents of the jar into the blender and add the pumpkin, fat free evaporated milk, vanilla extract,pumpkin pie spice and dash of salt.

Blend until smooth, taste and adjust the spices. If you want it sweeter, add your sweetner of choice (I use Splenda, but honey or maple syrup would work.)Makes enough for 2-3 servings.
