I wish this was available as an organic product (spinach is always high on the "dirty dozen" list of vegetables that should be purchased organic if available & affordable), but otherwise find it very useful as an ingredient in homemade soups. Unlike fresh spinach, it is shelf-stable and saves me a little time because it does not need to be chopped!
