Fenugreek may have a cholesterol-lowering effect and may regulate blood sugar and then is good for the prostrate and probably does all of these good things so this goes into my daily smoothie.

A few of the seeds sometimes do not sprout which could be a problem if one bites into one.

It has taken me a few weeks to get used to the flavor. For me, it works best combined with your turmeric and some black pepper.

These are different than what i am use to but i have decided to use them to make tea.

This is such a wonderful health product that I planned on grinding it into or using a blended to break it up to put in protein drinks but when I put some in my mouth to taste, the seeds were hard as a rock. I could not put i the blender or the coffee grinder or even attack the with a rolling pin on waxed paper. They are just way to hard for my mouth as they are and won't break down for use in a drink with anything I have. Certainly not your fault, I just could not make them work for me.

This is the missing ingredient for a homemade salt-free seasoning.
