its freeze dried raspberries, tart and good for baking

These did not taste as I had expected. Still a good flavor but less raspberry tart flavor.

I ground these up in the food processor for a buttercream frosting. It was a delicious way to make pink frosting without food coloring! I love raspberries and freeze-dried anything, but these were not as good as I anticipated if you just eat them out of the bag. Overall, pretty good product, though.

Haven’t used these yet. But they look good.

These little babies are the real thing. Each one is just a delightful treat. They also go well on French vanilla ice cream. Oh, yes they do!

This is my second batch. They are amazingly tart and delicious, bringing the flavor of fresh raspberries to yoghurt, cheesecake or anything one might imagine without the short shelf life and inclination to mold.

The raspberries were a wonderful surprise. They are a mix between sweet and tart. They are light, airy and almost melt in your mouth. I will order again.

This is not the first time I have ordered this wonderful treat and if I have my way; it won't be the last time either. Raspberries are a favorite of mine (I grow them & have wild one surrounding my house as well). While, dark chocolate has been my go to treat since I was very young (about 5 or 6 - never cared for milk chocolate). I have only had the very best dark chocolate raspberries when I have ordered them from Nuts.com. Give them a try.

I found I really don't like dried raspberries. Not your fault.

These are delicious, and so healthy! They're tart and tangy, light and crunchy. I sprinkle some on my Greek yogurt, or sometimes I just eat them straight out of the bag. Even though all of the liquid has been removed, they still retain they're delicious raspberry flavor...it's actually more intense flavor than fresh raspberries. They can leave fingers red from all the natural berry color, but it wipes away easily.

Although they have 23G of sugar, they taste like the natural sugar from the fruit itself. No additional sugar that we could tell.

Squirrels love them and ratties too.
