Very fresh. I have bought dry roasted unsalted nuts locally. These the jumbo size. I am glad that you offer these as unsalted. Please offer more items if possible like pretzels barrels stuffed with peanut butter WITHOUT salt on the outside. I paid a little more for unsalted mixed nuts than I usually do locally, but these are premium nuts. Also, the mix I get locally usually does not contain Brazil nuts and Filberts like the ones from Nuts.com. I did find those in the store three months ago, but they have disappeared.
