Love my Hazelnuts next time I will try a lightly salted version

Amazing little bursts of flavor.

One of my favorites, and typically maybe only one or two bad nuts in the bag. That’s why they are on my reorder list.

I bought these to make hazelnut madeleines. I don't like hazelnuts normally but these are excellent. Madeleines are a french cookie.

I love hazelnuts. I buy these raw and usually eat them raw with breakfast or for a snack, but I really like them better roasted, and sometimes go to the trouble to roast them up.

Wow - is this hazelnut flour to die for! I made hazelnut flour cookies. Everyone absolutely loved them, they were gone in a flash, and the recipe and where I got the flour were requested by all the ladies present. If anyone wants the recipe, it was on Good For You Gluten Free as "Hazelnut Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies".
