Wow - is this hazelnut flour to die for! I made hazelnut flour cookies. Everyone absolutely loved them, they were gone in a flash, and the recipe and where I got the flour were requested by all the ladies present. If anyone wants the recipe, it was on Good For You Gluten Free as "Hazelnut Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies".

I like the quality of the whole raw hazelnuts. They're fresh, good size and taste great when roasted- just as expected.

We love some filberts. Yum! Fun and relatively easy to crack open. Very addicting, but in a good way. We can't keep them in the bowl. I've ordered them several times. I guess I'm a "fourth generation nut".

quite disappointing ;-( ordered these by mistake; will be more careful next time . . .I usually order the raw organic filberts, then roast them . . the dry roasted ones are, by comparison, very low on flavor

The best and I can't go truckin without them

This saves me a LOT of time! Not only do I NOT have to stand at the grocery and pick out the hazelnuts from a stand of mixed nuts, but I don't have to crack them open or chop them, either! A definite time saver on Thanksgiving. (Making a broccoli hazelnut casserole as a side dish).

Have cracked 2 and ok but I am not sure they are fresh either.
