Used these for a cake recipe requiring meringue layers with hazelnuts. After roasting in the oven, the nuts were fresh and tasty and really made the cake. Yet another 5-star product!

These are large and tasty hazelnuts! The brown rind is healthy too, and I like that it's still there. I keep these in the freezer and like to put them on salads.

I’d like it if you had blanched SALTED hazelnuts. At the end of the bad, there is a bunch of loose nut skins to sift through to get the last few nuts.
