Wonderful for baking. Used them in fruitcake. Nuts were fairly uniform in size and ALL were whole--not a broken one in the bunch.

My favorite nut of all. Cracked and picked them out of the shells as a kid. This is pure luxury to be able to have several whole Brazil nuts without the work. Love these!!!

They're great!!! and I have learned they contain Strontium, which I need for building bone!!!

I am T2D and cannot have seed oils or sweeteners that raise blood sugar, so raw natural nuts are best. Wish Nuts.com offered nuts prepared with sweeteners such as Stevia or aspartame and no vegetable or seed oils.

So good!! They bring back many happy memories of being in Brazil. It was hard to find walnuts there, so we used Brazil nuts in many of our cookie, bread and candy recipes.
