Roasted Brazil Nuts (50% Less Salt):
I had been hearing about the dense nutrient value of Brazil nuts, but they are not easily available in grocery stores and rather tasteless. But this product is the WINNER by far! They are roasted, so they have a nice crunch and are lightly salted which brings out the flavor. Just a few is a very filling snack. They can also be chopped and sprinkled on salad or over fish or vegetables as well. I was happy to read that "Brazil nuts are chock full of antioxidants, including selenium, vitamin E and phenols. They also contain calcium and magnesium, both of which are vital for bone health." So glad I found these. I'll definitely be ordering them on a regular basis and incorporating them into my meal plans.Jill, Charlotte, NC
