I get brazil nuts because they are high in selenium. I have just one a day. What a tasty way to supplement.

Crunchy and unsalted, simply wonderful, great with oatmeal.

taste & Especially the dark chocolate. Also, the thinness of the chocolate coating is just right for flavor and yet not so much that the nut flavor overtakes the nut.

I have purchased Brazil nuts for many years. They are always fresh and tend to be larger than most I have purchased before. They are loaded with selenium which is great especially for winter months to chase colds. They are great tasting and good for the gut also.
