Brazil nuts have always been one of my favorites. They have vitamin E and Phenols plus selenium which supports your thyroid. I eat just a couple a day!

Didn't think I would like these but they are great! Pieces are better for me so I can make the product last longer, since the nuts are a bit expensive.

Fresh however I can taste the Aflatoxins on the occasional nut if I don't wash with non-toxic soap to remove the Aflatoxins on the surface. I use a fragrance-free olive oil soap bar to wash them. Baking soda may also work but unsure.

These organic Brazil nuts are great-tasting, organic, and have become a daily addition to our diet. Three a day for our selenium needs via actual food. Love them!

These are definitely good. I do wish they weren't double dipped in chocolate as I think it leads to too much chocolate on each Brazil Nut.
