This is the best Crystallized Ginger I've tried, by far! Each piece is soft and not at all fibrous, and the flavor of the ginger is intense. I have a vestibular (middle ear) disorder which causes *constant* dizziness and nausea. How wonderful that I've found a ginger "remedy" that's not only delivering a good amount of the stuff that works but also tastes good enough to eat on its own. This knocks it out of the park!!

Perfect!! Exactly what I wanted

I use the ginger daily as I leave for my workout. It is soft, chewy, and works wonders for motion sickness if that effects you. I have it in the car and throughout the house.

We use this a lot after meals and love it!

I think they taste good, my son spit the piece he tried to the trash and said it tasted like medicine. I bought it for all of us, that's why I gave it 4 not 5-star. The same boy likes ginger candy.

I love ginger, but recipes calling for diced crystallized ginger are too much work (especially since I eat a lot of it). My favorite use is to mix it with mashed up tuna. I use a tiny bit of mayo, but it's the ginger that makes it taste amazing.

This bag is perfect! There have been times over the years when it was sliced too thin, or one bag that was so dang hot. This batch is just the right thickness, hotness, and chewyness.

A favorite! To me, this seems like a healthier snack since ginger is a wonderful food for health. Could be less sweet, but I love it.

Loved the organic ginger except for the sugar quantity. I solved it by taking a clean dry toothbrush and brushing most of the sugar off then Perfect. I can work around the issue, although cumbersome to get a quality source of organic crystalized ginger.

I love thus ginger as a stand alone snack or cut up in salads to give an extra interest. They are slightly chewy, slightly sweet and very spicy-gjngery. I keep a bag in my cupboard at all times so when I have an urge to splurge just a couple pieces of ginger can take the edge off.

I bought both the crystallized ginger and the organic crystallized ginger to compare them. They are both good but different. I personally do not care if my ginger is organic so I can't comment on that, but I wanted to compare the flavor and texture. Non-organic crystallized ginger: The non-organic crystallized ginger comes in varying shaped and sized pieces similar to what I get at home when I cut up fresh ginger. The pieces are more-or-less the same thickness but quite irregular shapes and sizes. I happen to like that. It also seems more natural to me. You might not care. The non-organic is also a lot more chewy than the organic crystallized ginger that I bought from Nuts.com. And even within the non-organic some pieces are a lot more chewy than others. Again, you might or might not care. Organic crystallized ginger: The organic crystallized ginger comes in shapes more like small cubes and the pieces are more homogeneous and much less chewy than the non-organic, in some ways more like candy. I wonder if they are mashing up the ginger and then forming it into more uniform chunks. Both kinds have good ginger flavor but slightly different. I'm not sure I can describe the difference. Taking everything into account, I like them both. YMMV
