This ginger is the best of what I've purchased from all sources. Flavor is strong and not overly sweet.

This is my 2nd order of the crystallized ginger. Mostly I put it in my tea. Las time I ordered the slices and cut them up. This time I got the diced so I just put a couple in my teacup. Perfect!!

Nothing wrong with this organic crystallized ginger, I just prefer slices instead of cubes.

Absolutely the BEST "Crystallized Ginger" on the planet IMHO! Not "rock hard" and tasteless like so many other versions, but tender and tasty! Makes a lovely cup of tea besides being great for baking or "noshing"! A little piece of this ginger will help settle an upset tummy too!
