Big disappointment--too different in every way--shape, taste, heat--from the organic but more more expensive product I ordered previously. There shouldn't be that dramatic a difference. I've eaten lots of non-organic from other sellers.

I love candied/crystallized Ginger, and it is hard to find. This is absolutely delicious!

Excellent taste and texture

This is my favorite crystallized ginger. It is softy chewy and not at all fibrous, and it has the perfect balance of ginger flavor and hotness without coming on too strong.
