Best thing ever.

I love the ginger and it keeps my A1C in check. I have been taken off my diabetic medicine and have been off for 2 years and still doing great

I was totally blown away, when i ordered on Sunday & my order arrived the very next day at 2 pm. I thought it was impossible to deliver from New Jersey to Nevada in one day, unless it was flown by air to me. So i told my son & he resolved my puzzle, he said, they have fulfilment ctrs here. How lucky can one get, just ONE day delivery, better than Amazon or Walmart, the 2 places i avoid like the plaque.

I used this ginger to infuse Tito's vodka for Moscow Mules. It's very tasty. Pretty potent stuff. A little goes a long way. I am going to try it for tea also. This is a good sized bag. Seems like a really good value for the amount you get considering you don't need much to get a good strong flavor.

I love Nuts.com and use many of their products. As a professional baker, I insist on quality and consistency — and I buy many of my ingredients from this source. The diced ginger is the perfect size for scones or muffins. And, no one can beat their delivery! Most times I receive my orders a day earlier than expected.

Not too sweet and nicely zingy, it's a great snack when I need something different, and it's great to bake with. I also drop one piece in a cup of hot water to make a ginger tea that soothes the tummy and the soul.

Very STRONG ginger taste! I have not tried it on hot water yet, but plan to make ginger tea

I use this a lot and off season ( holiday) it is no where to be found. I put it in my tea mostly and I love it! Thank you for having it. It is really good :)

Super good, very spicy. Some pieces have a lot of fiber that I can’t chew up (I just swallow it). Over all it is very very good. I will buy it again

A bit spicy, might chop into small pieces and mix in with a granola or something! Or use as a garnish for cookies maybe?

It is delicious and so much softer than other crystallized ginger!

I'm used to getting ginger in big chunks and snacking on it before I get to use it in dishes. I love the small diced ginger because it fits much better with teas and cookies, no extra chopping required. I've been steeping it with mint tea, with a little honey it hits the spot when your stomach's a bit dodgy after a big meal.

I really like this for snacking because they are good and because of their anti-inflammatory benefits.

I keep ordering this because I put it on everything. It's SO handy to have in the house and since I don't have to cut anything up, I'm a happy camper.

My current achilles heel! Love these little nuggets. A delicious treat (in moderation of course) and also helps to support a healthy immune system and an occasional tummy ache. Yum!

I love crystallized ginger, but this tastes very soapy and was super spicy, hot. Sadly, I will be throwing this one out.
