Love, love, love the Crystallized Ginger, it's great for the digestion, helps with stomach upset and it tastes great. I use it in baking, it gives my ginger cookies an added ginger flavor. I am always sharing it with family and friends and letting them know where to find it.

You made it easy to try something I've often thought about. I like just nibbling on this, but I'll bet it makes a great ginger tea for colds, tummy complaints, winter warmups.....gonna be a pantry staple.

Very yummy. I’m watching my added sugar so I rinse off the sugar coating. I snack on them during cold and flu season. They also are great chopped in a stir fry sauce.

Good but not excellent, some pieces are dark (too old root). Nevertheless, the price is just right and quality is persistent.

This is the best candied ginger I've had! It has a wonderful soft fresh texture contrasting with the slightly crunchy outer sugar coating, and the perfect amount of ginger heat.

I use this in my tea everyday and then eat it when the cup is empty. Love the taste. And it is great for settling a queasy stomach too.

I’m not a fan of candied ginger anyway, but my daughter loves it for digestion issues she’s had since her cancer diagnosis and treatment. It seems to work so I’ll continue to but it here. Nuts service is the best.

Great for gluten free Christmas baking. Needed a quick sweet dish so the ginger pieces were covered in melted chocolate mixed with a little coconut oil. Quick, easy and simple.
