Best ginger I ever had

So yummy and a little ginger KICK. My favorite treat for now. So many left to try. Next day delivery and on a Saturday.

It is very good. The ginger is very tender and and the flavor is not real sharp. I will be ordering again.

If you like spicy things this ginger is for you. I have not had any this spicy before. Perhaps what I have had was not as fresh as this. I do like crystallized ginger but this was a bit too much for me to eat out of hand. However, I will try to incorporate some of it diced into desserts..

Excellent flavor...soft yet powerful!

Just the right size...and OH, SO DELICIOUS!!! Add a small square of dark chocolate and....HEAVENLY!

Cant keep my hands off of it. Go through easily 3 quarts of ricotta in the month + that I can eak out a bag by mixing a 1/2 tablespoon with 4 oz of ricotta blended with 4 oz of whole milk, large curd organic cottage cheese. This I will spoon out of a cup & unabashedly lick the bowl clean. Or for a real treat I get the freshest Rye bread from our BGerman Bakery at Yalaha, & slather the 2 cheese & chopped ginger mixture onto lightly toast slices of rye, then sprinkle a little home made whole berry cranberry sauce if I have any, or just toaster oven broil it until lightly browned on top. Waiting for the moulton cheese to calm down is the hardest part & no mixing bowl makes it to the sink un licked clean.

Absolutely wonderful -- very fresh and very flavorful -- this is the best I've had!!! I usually get this from Flushing, NY when I go to visit, but without the sugar -- you've saved me a trip! I love it and hope I don't eat the entire bag today! :)

The pieces of crystallized ginger have the tang of the ginger but are not overly sweet! The pieces are also very moist. I really enjoy this product.

Ama-zing! Yes, they pack a zinger of a punch! Love the spicy burn I taste after my first piece. This is quality ginger. It's soft and chewy and lightly sweetened. So good on it's own but great added to regular or green tea or brewed as it's own tea. Nothing like the ginger I was buying from my local Asian markets - dry, stringy and sickly sweet. Oh, and it was delivered the next day! A good thing to know since half the bag is already gone!

These are the best candied ginger, I have ever used. I have bought this product over the years in different stores. Even candy stores, health food markets, drug stores, farm stalls, you name it. Now I've finally found these non stringy, flavorful morsels, as perfect as one can get. I love putting them (1 or 2), in a cup of hot herbal tea, and sipping it slowly till the end, then eating the hot ginger pieces. You gotta love it!

Got the "sample" package to make sure I liked it. While ginger is suppose to be excellent for you, glad I got the sample.. it will take me a very long time to get thru this tiny bag. still an excellent product.. its just me ;(

Amazed I received everything in one day. My daughter and granddaughter hovered around the box trying to get me to hurry up and open it. We were all excited to sample everything. Then my granddaughter got a bowl to fill it up with ginger snaps and lemon snaps and dried kiwi. Daughter excited about peanut butter powder to put in her smoothies. I was anxiously waiting to put some crystallized ginger in my tea. Everyone is happy. Also thanks so much for the Medjool dates sample pack. You guys are great. Products are great. Love this product VERY much because - there is NO SULFUR!!!!! Thank you!!! Most dried fruit is preserved with sulfur. I am allergic to sulfur! I have been purchasing this ginger in one pound bags. I go through it so fast now that I chose to buy the 5 pound bulk bag. Great, moist, simple food, that works well in EVERYTHING! I eat it out of the bag if I am suffering indigestion! Works way better than pharmacy remedies and better nutritionally!

These are dangerous. Flat out, undeniably dangerous. You eat one thinking, 'ok, I'll just have this one little yummy taste,' and the next thing you know, you've had 5! De-Lish!

I make ginger ice cream for restaurant clients. I use fresh ginger in the base and finish it off the diced ginger. Your diced ginger sure saves a lot of time

I have not been able to find crystallized ginger in my little town. I have told so many people about the wonders of ginger for tummy problems. I was very pleased to find it so inexpensive and so delicious and moist!

Crystallized Ginger is a winter staple in my house, to many uses to name. Having it already diced is such a time saver.

Almost as good as See's, they do not make this any more.

So hard to find real ginger candy. These were wonderfully hot and sweet.

Best EVER! These are cubes (about 3/4" x 3/4") of ginger not slices and I just love them. You get more ginger than sugar. Love to add a cube or two to hot tea too.

As usual, my order was delivered quickly, in the delightfully funny Nuts.com box. The crystallized ginger is of wonderful quality. I used diced pieces in my cookies, breads, muffins, etc. I also use some when I make certain fruit preserves. And, my family members eat it as candy:) Thanks a million for another good purchase!.

Well......I haven't used it yet.....I expected bigger bits. Folks these are tiny tiny pellets. I will buy the chunks next time for baking. These will have to do.

Love to put a couple of pieces in a cup of tea. The sugar melts so I don't mind the excess sugar. Ginger has health benefits as well.

I use ginger for stomach upsets, and this, I believe, will be a pleasant way to use with tea to calm those occasional indigestion problems. Haven't tried them for that yet, but a small nibble is wonderful!

The best part is they are already the size I need for cooking and baking.
