Taffy-like texture, big pieces, great flavor! Packs a hot ginger punch, still sweet enough for a delicious nibble. Love it! Much cheaper and tastier than doing it myself. :)

I've never ordered this Crystallized Ginger before, but I'm really glad I did. I'm getting ready to fly, and eating ginger works better than any OTC or prescription motion sickness medication for ME. This has more of a true ginger flavor than any I've ever tasted...has that great bite, but the sweetness of the sugar cuts the 'peppery' taste you can sometimes get with really good ginger. My only complaint, is that I never get a sample with any of my orders. Guess I'll get lucky one of these days...

I started eating crystallized ginger over thirty years ago when I discovered it at Neiman Marcus. I haven't had any in many years, this brings back very pleasant memories. I will definitely order it again...

A total treat! I love the combo of ginger & chocolate! These are skinny slices, not fat round slices (which I expected for some reason). The ginger varies in thickness, but the chocolate remains pretty consistent with a hardy, thick covering. I wish there was a choice of milk chocolate and I wish there was more ginger in the slice.

Fabulous flavor

I prefer this to candy. Settles the tummy when upset, but I also use it in baking and sometimes a few slices as dessert. I've chopped it and added it to ginger cookies, on top of gingerbread and in ginger cheesecake. Great flavor!

This ginger is out of this world. A nice peppery bite without being too harsh, just the right amount of sweetener, and the ginger is top quality. Soft and chewy, not at all stringy like some other bulk ginger I've ordered elsewhere in the past. The pieces are consistent in size as well, so it makes for easy portioning without weighing. This is our "go to" healthy candy.

For my healthy ginger snaps, they are diced just the right size.

My only reservation, sulfur dioxide cured. I must be cautious I have an allergy. I should have checked more carefully before ordering. However, I did try a small piece & it is delicious.
