Well, my sisters love it. It was a thank you gift to them for putting up with me when I went home for a visit. They are loving it...maybe they will order from you now. They especially were thrilled with the small package of figs you sent. They got out the blue cheese and the wine and had a party!

Good in tea and great to nibble on. If you know someone getting chemo give them ginger to help with nausea.

Awesome pungent flavor enhancement for baking and Méditerranéen or Asian dishes rather then dried powdered ginger! Great cost effective product over fresh which often goes to waste for its perishability.
