I have had digestive problems in the pass and since taken this product found I no longer need Nexium Also found certain receipes that have them as ingredience so I am pleased However wish they could be made with sugar that was half the amount or stevia

You don't mention it in your ads, but ginger is an age old remedy used by sailors to prevent and combat nausea caused by sea sickness. It still works today. Better than pills.

I use to purchase crystallized ginger in those little one ounce portions at the grocery store. These one pound pouches are economical and high quality.

I have been looking for this for 2 years. My grocery store said that it comes out at the holidays but I have been unsuccessful at finding it. I found a great recipe that I wanted to try but it calls for crystallized ginger. Now I can try it. I have tasted the ginger and it's great all my itself. Yes, you are all definitely completely mad! And what the heck were you smoking when you packed the box??? My Doberman will not stop sniffing it. She has never sniffed a box like she is this one :))))) I also love that you use the water solidiable packing thingies. I always feel like Dorothy of Oz watching them disappear down the drain. Best triple ginger cookies are made by me, with this product. LOVE, love simply munching them, too. Drop them in tea. It's endless. Great belly soother, as well!! Yours are incredibly fresh and tender. ;-)

My local health food store stopped carrying this a couple of years ago, they substituted some odd looking, processed, ginger cubes. Your crystalized ginger is the real deal and better and fresher than any I've purchased elsewhere.
