Best Crystallized Ginger I have ever had. I am so looking forward to using it in my holiday baking.

I considered returning the ginger because it is so peppery but as I munched away day after day to I came to enjoy it. Thus, I want to order what I ordered first. Addicting!

I use to purchase crystallized ginger in those little one ounce portions at the grocery store. These one pound pouches are economical and high quality.

This is something to get use to. I tried one and it is good. It has a bite to it. Very soft to eat. I hope it helps with my sons stomach problems. Thank you

I've been an afficionado of crystallized ginger for years, and this is by far the best I've ever had. Clear flavor, not all stringy with fiber, and good-sized pieces. I'll be back!

HEY... THANKS for the sample of crystallized ginger pieces... GREAT PRODUCT... I will be ordering this! (Had no idea that it would taste so refreshing!) I will need to chop the diced crystallized ginger into smaller pieces (making gingerbread cake as gifts for Christmas). I have been looking for this for 2 years. My grocery store said that it comes out at the holidays but I have been unsuccessful at finding it. I found a great recipe that I wanted to try but it calls for crystallized ginger. Now I can try it. I have tasted the ginger and it's great all my itself. Yes, you are all definitely completely mad! And what the heck were you smoking when you packed the box??? My Doberman will not stop sniffing it. She has never sniffed a box like she is this one :))))) I also love that you use the water solidiable packing thingies. I always feel like Dorothy of Oz watching them disappear down the drain. Best triple ginger cookies are made by me, with this product. LOVE, love simply munching them, too. Drop them in tea. It's endless. Great belly soother, as well!! Yours are incredibly fresh and tender. ;-)

My local health food store stopped carrying this a couple of years ago, they substituted some odd looking, processed, ginger cubes. Your crystalized ginger is the real deal and better and fresher than any I've purchased elsewhere.

I bought this in a sample bag size very good but very strong a little goes a long way. this will add a wonderful flavor to my gorp mix. I wish it came in small diced pieces like the lemon peel.

This was a new one for me. I love the flavor it almost has a warm or like a smooth pepper. They are much better than gummy bears (sp) and they are not as bad for you as gummy things. I will get a larger amount on these also. Once more the sampler made me want more of these mouth explosions.

REALLY tender, lovely real ginger fibrous, sweet, chewy, PERFECT bits of "how can something this sweet and tasty settle my stomach, but oooooooooooooh, it *does* deliciousness. You have another supplier of this treat online beat hands down on quality, and THEY use the name "ginger" in their product. ::grin:: Once upon a time 20 years or so ago at Pike Place Market in Seattle there was a fruit, nuts and local produce stand that sold some lady's homemade crystallized ginger. Then one day the stand changed hands and NO ONE had decent ginger, no store, no stand, no one. I've tried my had at making it, and blew a lot of money and made some gummy messes in my own kitchen. THANK YOU for bringing back my "just moved to the Pac NW soother" exactly as I remembered it. I love you for this.
