This was a new one for me. I love the flavor it almost has a warm or like a smooth pepper. They are much better than gummy bears (sp) and they are not as bad for you as gummy things. I will get a larger amount on these also. Once more the sampler made me want more of these mouth explosions.

REALLY tender, lovely real ginger fibrous, sweet, chewy, PERFECT bits of "how can something this sweet and tasty settle my stomach, but oooooooooooooh, it *does* deliciousness. You have another supplier of this treat online beat hands down on quality, and THEY use the name "ginger" in their product. ::grin:: Once upon a time 20 years or so ago at Pike Place Market in Seattle there was a fruit, nuts and local produce stand that sold some lady's homemade crystallized ginger. Then one day the stand changed hands and NO ONE had decent ginger, no store, no stand, no one. I've tried my had at making it, and blew a lot of money and made some gummy messes in my own kitchen. THANK YOU for bringing back my "just moved to the Pac NW soother" exactly as I remembered it. I love you for this.

WOW! Where do I start? Your business is proof that marketing is not everything though I have to admit that everything from the box to the packaging and the friendly website sealed the deal with me. The 'chunks' were smaller than they looked in the illustration; HOWEVER, that said, the wee size turned out to be an added benefit: useful as a sprinkle on vanilla ice cream; & I expect them to go well on hot oatmeal when winter comes again. Also the work just fine as an aid to digestion: a tsp. or so works just as well as a small slice of preserved ginger for digestive purposes (It is better tasting & healthier than baking soda).

I LOVE the tender chewiness, and the sweetness combined with heat. This is an afternoon snack that REALLY wakes you up. Another thing I love is that it really takes down inflammation in my sinuses for hours at a time. I'm allergic to most anti-inflammatory medications and this is a life saver during allergy season. Make a whole wheat bread and throw in good amounts of dried cranberry and crystallized ginger! I also use it in an Asian dish with diced pork and oyster sauce, etc - really smooths out the flavor and adds a nice delicacy to the dish - not at all spicy hot.
