I left a gargantuan rave on Facebook, but, what the heck , it was so delicious that it's worth mentioning again. The ginger candy was soooo good and not too strong, I will definitely keep buying this for the rest of my life! the dk choc covered pecans were very good ( I have the sugar hangover to prove it) and the dk choc marzipan didn't last long, one pound bag it seems cannot satisfy 3 kids and 3 adults. I've never ordered from you before. In fact, I had never heard of you until I read about you in some article which I recently read, but can no longer remember where. If the crystalized ginger (absolutely wonderful) is any example, and the sample of dried Turkish figs can manage to last another hour in my house, and the coffee beans I will use tomorrow morning is as good as I think it will be, I will be ordering more often. Since everything we've ordered has been fabulous, I jumped in and ordered a pound of crystallized ginger for my mother. As expected, this ginger is soft and chewy and fresh. She uses it in dressings and recipes, and now she has enough (at such a reasonable price!) that she's started dropping a piece in her ginger tea. She says it adds just the right amount of sweetness, and the soft ginger at the bottom of the cup is an extra treat. She declared it the best cup of tea ever!

Everything arrived right on schedule and in perfect condition. An immediate taste test was essential. Fresh, bursting with flavor and just as advertised. Just had a cup of the dark chocolate hot chocolate and it was superb. The crystal ginger was like eating a piece of candy only hotter! Best ginger ever. The sour cherries are outstanding. We decided to take the nutty step of ordering a whole nutty KEFLOOFLAH of crystallized ginger when the natural foods place, which is an hour away, failed to take seriously its obligation to maintain a sufficient supply. We were amazed at the fast delivery. We haven't opened the bags yet, but it looks and smells wonderful! These are nice big slices of ginger, not pathetic little shreds.
