The ginger is perfect! Just the right bite-size and it comes in handy especially for those who experience upset stomach. Just pop a couple and within a few minutes VOILA! The tummy ache & heartburn are gone! Seniors LOVE IT!

Excellent flavor, with just enough ginger heat. Soft and chewy. Third time buying these in 5 lb bags, and when these run out I'll be buying more. I have tried other brands and this one maintains flavor better. I keep the sealed and open bags in the fridge. Not required, but they keep the flavor better if I do.

It was diced perfectly for baking of ginger cookies. Will get more when needed.

Very nice flavor but it is more granular or crumbles than diced, making it more difficult to eat as a snack out of the bag. I would prefer larger pieces like their other diced products.

I use the ginger when I prepare homemade fig jam. It's delicious. Also, buying in bulk allows me to use a lot of ginger in each batch!

You are my go-to source for crystallized ginger. It is always fresh and not dried out. And i use a lot of it - from adding to my morning yogurt to using in my baking, esp for cookies and biscotti.
