Lovely favor, soft texture to the bite. Eat them straight out the bag, also to accentuate my favorite ginger and green tea in the morning. This is my second order! Quality product and reasonably priced.

This is so far my number 1 favorite. Coming from Taiwan ginger has always been on the list of my favorite snacks. So excited to see that you guys have a product like this. My childhood ginger snack was red and spicy with beef stew flavor. Yum! I like your version as well because I have adapted a sweet tooth since living in the US for almost two decades. Thank you for providing this tasty and awesome snack item for me to choose!

I really liked the sugared ginger, so couldn't imagine this would be better. I was wrong! Oh, this organic ginger is positively addicting! I will be getting more.

The ginger is great. A little too much sugar on the pieces for my taste, but it’s still good. I put a piece in my tea.

Haven’t used them yet, but the size looks right for adding to cookies and such.

I was expecting chunks. The fact they were slices was a definite plus. The moisture content/chewiness is perfect.

I eat a bowl of oatmeal every day and pour about a tablespoon or two of these into the cooked oats along with a couple of spoonfuls of pear butter, and a spoonful of almond butter powder. These definitely make this combination explode with flavor. They are very yummy just to eat right out of the bag too!

Love these little bits! Flavorful and so easy to add a spoonful to just about anything. More expensive than the last time I purchased, but that’s happening with everything.

I love the crystallized ginger! I can't have the sugar so I soak it in hot water to dissolve it. Such a yummy snack! I have my 2 1/2 yo granddaughter loving it too!
