I'm getting used to the spicy-ness. Liking it a lot more.

Perfect and fresh

Chewy, very tasty, hot but not too hot, low ratio of ginger “jerky” altho there are a few tough pieces because it is root cut up and crystallized, not neat processed cubes. Much prefer them this way.

Like many of the other reviews, I like this to settle my stomach & its delicious right out of the bag. And its good for you so its a win-win!

I use this for my acid reflux/indigestion. Helps better than the prescription meds. Better price than Amazon. I am concerned over the amount of sugar the pieces are wrapped in. But at this time, it works great for me.

I love the crystallized ginger! But being diabetic I can't have the sugar. I soak them in hot water to dissolve it! Only wish this was available without the sugar.

Some is good, some is strong but ok and some is chewy and stringy.

Ginger is my favorite nibble. I dip it in dark chocolate, I add it to cakes and tarts but mostly I just eat it when I want a real treat.

I'm addicted to this stuff. Just a couple of pieces after a meal with a few walnuts makes the best natural dessert.
