A base bean for my "vegan hamburger!" Equal parts Adzuki beans, black beans and rice. Adding 1/2 that in sprouted lintels and quinoa is the perfect texture, taste and color!! Just add flavoring!

We love these beans. The texture and taste are “more sophisticated “ than other beans are. I often mix a handful of cooked Adzuki Beans into my whole wheat rice.

We love these in our Red Beans & Rice recipe. They cook so much quicker and are very tender.

Theses will replace the smallest can of beans I can find. All I need for the dish is half a can. Get the idea? Red beans and rice ala creole

If you don't have an Asian market near you these beans are great, there are about 2 cups in the bag. I made 24 red bean paste steamed buns total.

First time I bought these beans and I can tell you they are the most powerful ingredient to any dish.

I have sent these to my parents and this is my second time ordering. I again over soaked, but didn't over cook, and they were delicious. Hard to believe something that is so healthy for you could be so tasty. Being a lazy cook, only wish I didn't have to soak them overnight. But seriously read the health benefits these tasty little bean offers.

Even though I over soaked them, then over cooked them, they were still great. I used the garlic and herbs spice blend I purchased from Nuts.com to season the water I cooked them in and a very small amount sprinkle over them after. For a super healthy bean they are very delicious.

I did some research on this little guys , they are full of nutrition and taste good to.

They are awesome.

These beans are terrific. They were very clean, no debris, rocks, or bits of dirt that occasionally gets included along with dry beans. They will still need washing, of course. I like the fact that they are organic, too. These beans fit well with all sorts of dishes - from chili to sprinkling a couple spoonfuls of cooked beans on top of a salad, to serving as a side dish (or the entrée). We use adzuki beans often.

I haven't started these yet but they are the best beans in looks and quality.

Looks great! These beans are supposed to be good for diabetics, and they taste pretty good cooked with chopped vegetables (carrots, a little celery, maybe a couple potatoes, a little squash - whatever is handy. I REALLY like the fact that they are organic. These beans are much cleaner than the 'grocery store' beans - the 'wash' water is clear after just a few times washing them in a bowl of water. "Store" beans often take 3, 4, or even 5 washings before the water is not murky and dirty-looking.

The bean is smaller than Japanese azuki. However your azuki is cheapest in the U.S, I think. :)

I haven't made them yet, however, I have no doubt that I will enjoy them. This is my third time ordering your products and each item (including the free item) has been superb!

I heard about adzuki beans from the Dr. Oz show. I used them to make chili along with the Nuts.com chili powder. It was the best chili I've ever had. Very filling and satisfying. I'm making more this week and I'm re-ordering more beans. With cold weather coming I think they'd make a very delicious soup maybe with some ham. Thanks for the wonderful service.
