I didn't really want 2 pounds of the stuff and wish there were an in-between size, but I just love this spinach. It rehydrates almost immediately, and it's not all teeny-tiny flakes like that from other sellers. It really tastes fresh, and I add a handful or two to almost everything-marinara sauce, alfredo sauce, any kind of soup, scrambled eggs, even egg salad and tuna salad. This is a great product!

I have used these in soups and they are delicious. I love the fact that I don't have to worry about them spoiling, or getting freezer burn, because I just leave them in my pantry.

Scoured the internet for freeze dried carrots but until I found them on Nuts.com, I was having to use dehydrated carrots for my "Meals in Jars". That caused an extra step in the rehydrating process because everything else was freeze dried so I'd have to either separate the carrots or extend the soak time for everything. Thanks, Nuts.com.! You're the only game in town for these guys.

Did you know that you're the only place I can find FREEZE DRIED carrots? I can find dehydrated carrots until the cows come home, but not freeze dried. And, I have to admit, when I first got them, they seemed like they were dehydrated and not freeze dried. But, they rehydrate really quickly which is why I need the freeze dried. I make meals in jars with primarily freeze dried ingredients. To have to wait an extra 10-15 minutes for the carrots is "nuts"! Thank you for this very wonderful product!!

Just tried it in eggs this morning, really tasty and crisp like fresh!

I love frozen peas or fresh out of the garden peas. These will be nice for soups or to add into a snack mix.

My one dog love broccoli while the other prefers green beans. We use them as a healthy treat.

My diabetic dog loves steamed broccoli, and now he loves it as a treat, and it is great for him.

I love having these carrots around for cooking. It's really great to have freeze-dried vegetables to add to ramen or other quick-cook soups to add to their body, flavor, and nutrition. These carrots have a nice sweetness compared to other brands elsewhere.

The broccoli is so fragrant you can smell it outside the bag! Perfect for my cheesy soup. Nice pieces and size, when you can't run to the store all the time for fresh, these are awesome! Thank you!

This is a good way for me to get my spinach. I can put the spinach on pretty much anything.

This is fabulous as a base for low-carb bread! Just crumble it, mix with egg, parmesan, baking powder. Microwave and voila -- bread! To make it keto, pan fry in ghee.

I like this but not enough for cost. I ate the bag instead of lunch but it did not fill me up like fresh broccoli will.

A bit sweeter than the fried peas and not as hard. Still a very satisfying crunch. I eat fists full like popcorn

They are a nice contrast from my usual fried peas. They are slightly sweet and you can shove fist full in your mouth like popcorn. They aren't as hard as the fried peas. I like them.

Corn is a favorite prepared any way but SW style - not a fan of peppers, red or green. This can be enjoyed straight from the bag, too.

Another favorite, whether added to a side dish or as a snack on their own.

These are so addictive and my puppy has a horribly fantastic quick response to any dropped little ones! He is so fast because they are so sweet and crunchy but not necessarily the best for him,,, but a few here and there makes the little guy so very happy!

I absolutely love the dried spinach! It's so useful! I've added it to egg muffins, veggie lasagna, vegan pizza, Tuna salad.... So versatile

Since it's hard to keep fresh veggies on hand, and I don't have much freezer space I thought I'd dip my toe into the world of freeze dried. I ordered corn, peas and carrots. The corn is excellent on its own although too pricey to snack on. I'm looking forward to using in salads but mostly to toss a handful into quick soups, etc.

Not bad raw but I'll keep on hand to add to soups, pot pies since I never have peas around when I need them.

Good way to eat spinach anytime without having it spoil in the refrigerator.

Of the 4 of us trying this, only I ate more than one handful.

These peas are great. The peas can be cooked or soaked in cold water, they taste like fresh picked peas. I like to soak the freeze dried carrots with the peas and use them in a pasta salad.

The freeze-dried broccoli is really good! It melts in your mouth. I'm surprised by how much I like it because I don't normally like broccoli. The taste of the freeze-dried broccoli reminds me of broccoli-cheddar soup.

I got this for my hamstees and sampled a bit of it, they absolutely love it and I think it's great too!
