You know how packaged ramen has like 2 kernels of corn for vegetables? Well, I added a handful of these when I poured in the boiling water, and they were cooked by the time the ramen was cooked. Tasted fine. So I got something with some real vegetables in it. p.s. there are recipes online to make your own ramen broth with less oil and sodium and you can use angel hair pasta or, if you have gluten problems, vermicelli rice noodles, instead of actual ramen.

Plenty of peas in the 5 oz. bag. I rehydrate them in hot vegetable broth to make a filling side dish with rice and pepper.
