These raisins are large and delicious. I use them in breakfast cookies made with cereal and they give the perfect sweet bite.

I tried one raisin. It tasted fine, like a raisin. No different from a raisin from a local store. At 32g carbs per 40g serving, they are not conducive to be beneficial for one with diabetes. These were included free in addition to another delivery. I did not order though they still show up on my order list. I called and directly requested they not be delivered. I was told I had/have no choice. I threw them away as suggested.
