Love these! I don't know if its true but they taste less sugary and have more flavor. The texture is chewier, very satisfying.

Thought it would taste more like strawberry, like Red Vine licorice.

Pieces are way too large. Similar canoes I’ve had in the past are bite sized. These are just a standard sized licorice dipped in a thick coating of chocolate. They are awkward to eat and the chocolate all chips off and falls all over the place.

Big bold flavor makes your mouth water.

A thinner chocolate coat would be better. This is so thick it breaks into pieces when you bite down. Too big for a single bite so it's messy.
