I love apricots but the season for them is about five weeks long. Half dried are always good and better than fresh.

These old fashioned style apricots have been scarce since turkish apricots came on the scene. Even if able to find they were expensive and low quality. I have these on autoship and they are absolutely incredible! Finally!

I started eating apricot kernels after reading in the TTAC book "Cancer--Think Outside the Box" in which the authors report on the Hunzakuts of N. Pakistan who never have cancer; they have water high in cesium and also eat apricot kernels (high in b12)!

These are exceptional -- every bit as good as described, and far, far better than "regular" dried apricots. They're succulent, sweet, lightly tangy, and fully worthy of being eaten for dessert just as they are.
