I made an apricot jam and half dried apricot glaze for my ham, what a revelation it was delicious and succulent. Cut the pieces up so they could be consumed easier...

I LOVE california-style dried apricots!!! They are both sweet and tart at the same time, and they have a great chew. The Turkish-style dried apricots that one finds everywhere these days are sticky and too sweet, and I hate their rubbery texture. I am so glad I can still get the California style apricots from you!!!

Your choice of suppliers for dried apricots was a master stroke! They are larger than average, plump and have just enough tartness to make them just sweet enough without any cloyingness of some I’ve had in the past. Perfecto!
