Your caranels have just the right amount of sea salt, not too much. Other sea salt caramels I've purchased had too much salt.

I love them, only issue, most of the sea salt must have fallen off in transport.

Dark chocolate and caramel - what could be better? Pieces are large, which is fine. Caramel is creamy. But I want them to last longer so I cut them in half. Extending the joy!
