Taste of the product is very good. However, packaging needs improvement. Crackers bounce around during shipping in container that is too large so broken crackers and chipped off chocolate. I usually order 2 dozen which fit nicely in one container. If they were shipped this way, there would be less breakage. And/or use a more suitable container for shipping per dozen. Because they arrive broken, chipped and with cracker crumbs stuck to the chocolate of the other crackers, their appearance is unsuitable for serving to guests. Please improve your packaging as current packaging means your product does not ship well in current containers.

I wanted to put the yogurt grahams and the dark & milk choc crackers all in one bowl for a party but... the yogurt ones are so much thinner and smaller than the other it doesn't look right

We purchased a couple of bags of these during the Christmas Holiday, and they were gobbled up by the family in record time. Yoghurt covering is a plus, and they are crisp. So they are wanting more NOW!
