Perfect old fashioned hard cookie with that sharp Ginger taste! I ate these as a child over 60 years ago, still love them! These days they also help settle a queasy tummy after medications better and safer too.

Quality and taste excellent

A bit similar to the cherry-centered star shortbread cookie, only these are covered in powdered sugar. They are round in shape and a bit lighter in taste. Remind me of "Wedding Cookies". I sense they have a little pecan crushed in the dough before being baked. Really great, but....they really don't "melt away" in your mouth...... some chewing is required. LOL!

Flaky, lightly sweetened shortbread-type cookie is delicious. Love the drop of the fruit-flavored jam in the center! A quick "let me grab one" kind of treat!

My husband said they were fresh tasting and he made banana pudding with them.

These were absolutely delicious these are perfect to serve in combination with the rainbow cookies for those who don't like the almond flavor the chocolate flavor is absolutely wonderful. I love both of them I eat them together one of each as a snack. I see that you sold out for Christmas I hope you have them back in stock soon I came into order another box. And they freeze wonderfully.

I absolutely love rainbow cookies. These are some of the best rainbow cookies I've ever eaten I ordered them every year. I like to have one out and one in the freezer they last for months it's amazing and they taste fresh every time you eat them. I highly recommend these to anyone who loves them like I do. Delish!

Texture, taste was fantastic. Surprised at how few broken cookies there were too. Will reorder at some point. They were perfect with a cup of hot tea. Very satisfying.

You can't help but have a few broken cookies unless you make them at home! But the broken ones were delicious, too! Wonderful with a glass of milk for dessert.
