Perfectly crispy. The ginger taste is really good, without an unpleasant “bite” that some ginger products have. Definitely will order again.

These were gone in 2 days, the ginger flavoring is just right and the texture of the cookie had just enough crunch to it. They almost melt in your mouth.

LOVE these! The strawberry flavor is delicious. I wish just the strawberry cookie sandwiches were sold without the strawberry/white chocolate coating--then it would be the perfect balance of sweetness for me.

I love ginger snaps and these are my favorite. They are not for the faint of heart, however. The ginger is powerful and spicey. The cookies are fairly small and extremely crisp. The do well dunked in a cup of tea or coffee. I love them.

This is a new product for me. I love most cookies that have cinnamon in them. Cinnamon is a weakness of mine. And I've never had anything that is even similar to this delicious cookie. I would buy this item again and would recommend it to others if they love cinnamon/cinnamon cookies.
