They are little cookies but very tasty. I have to admit I was surprised by the size. You can definitely taste the vanilla. I like them very much.

This is my 2nd order. They do not last long in my home. We hate soft cookies, so the word Snap is a perfect verb to describe them, because they do indeed snap when you bite into them. The amount of ginger not over powering either.
