Absolutely fabulous! Just the right amount of spice. Used some to make a cream cheese, whipped cream layered dessert. So delicious. Or I crumbled and topped vanilla ice cream or pudding! So versatile.

Yummy like the ones I had as a child years ago

Until I tried the Pumpkin Spice Layer Cookie, the Cinnacrumb Layer Cookie was my favorite. Now, they are tied. I was anticipating a heavy spice component. I was pleasantly surprised at the subtleness of the spice. A good pumpkin flavor came through. Well made layer cookies. Two with a cup of tea or milk makes a nice snack. Will repurchase this product.

This one was by far my favorite of the Nuts.com offerings in the layer cookie line. I am always a little sad when the cookies disappears during the late spring-early summer. Happy when they return in the early autumn. Great cinnamon flavor. Nicely made layer cookie. The Pumpkin Spice Layer cookie came in a close second when I tried them for the first time this year (2025). My go-to layer cookie when available.

Gingersnaps and milk??? YUM!! I also like to dip them in banana pudding. Try it some time with sliced bananas in the pudding. YUM again.

While I appreciate the freshness of the Pistachio Leaf Cookies, they unfortunately didn't quite capture my taste preferences. They were good, but just not something I would personally reach for again. It's simply a matter of personal taste, and I wanted to share my honest opinion.

We love shortbread flavor. They are very hard to find in stores anymore.

I'm an infrequent and lazy baker but I suspect that these would make the best cheesecake crust ever. I love them just dipped into a cup of tea. I'd love to see them in single serving packets, because I have to really work to ration them. Better yet, a reduced sugar version would be fantastic.

bought this product before. It is very good. The packaging on this shipment was very poor. They were on the bottom with heavier products on top of them. The chocolate was all melted and all over the container.

If you don't like ginger flavor, then this might not be for you. The cookie itself has a crunchy texture with this surprising unmistakable ginger flavor. Just make sure you store them well. They can become stale if left on their own for a few days.
