A little more ginger would give more of the old fashion punch to the taste. But I'm still enjoying the cookies with hot tea.

These ginger snaps are so good & just the perfect flavor and texture with a kick of ginger. I am going to add them to my subscriptions. I feel they are a great choice for the only sweet tooth I can have ( in moderation ) haha I ate half the bag the when they arrived. Nuts. com is really a great place to get your goods and pantry items in bulk . They are packed so good in reusable bags and it saves time and money. I only need to refill my shakers with the great quality spices and now I must leave the ginger snaps are calling my name. Yummy

My bf really liked them but I did not and I'm the snack fiend. We both love strawberry desserts. Is it artificially flavored? It didn't say so but I believe that's the problem.

Well as I remember being a kid in the 60s-70s my father would take us to the Italian festival in NY . I ate these rainbow cookies for first time . Made by Italian women . Just like these I bought they were great and the ones you sell are moist , great tasting and addictive. What a great cookie type cake , Italian rainbow cookies back then . Thanks for the memories

I sent two boxes to my son for his 40th. Birthday, as these have ALWAYS been his FAVORITE TREAT,!!!! WELL...I HAD NO IDEA that these would be SUCH A HIGHLIGHT OF HIS SPECIAL DAY!!! Fresh, tasty treat

These weren't terrible but I personally didn't like them. The middle layer has a strong flavor and the other two layers are crumbly and tasteless which seems like it should balance out but it didn't.

Mom loves these. She wants me to buy them for her again. They are crispy and gingery. She said the best ginger snaps she can remember eating.

Perfect old fashioned hard cookie with that sharp Ginger taste! I ate these as a child over 60 years ago, still love them! These days they also help settle a queasy tummy after medications better and safer too.

Flaky, lightly sweetened shortbread-type cookie is delicious. Love the drop of the fruit-flavored jam in the center! A quick "let me grab one" kind of treat!

Quality and taste excellent

A bit similar to the cherry-centered star shortbread cookie, only these are covered in powdered sugar. They are round in shape and a bit lighter in taste. Remind me of "Wedding Cookies". I sense they have a little pecan crushed in the dough before being baked. Really great, but....they really don't "melt away" in your mouth...... some chewing is required. LOL!

These were absolutely delicious these are perfect to serve in combination with the rainbow cookies for those who don't like the almond flavor the chocolate flavor is absolutely wonderful. I love both of them I eat them together one of each as a snack. I see that you sold out for Christmas I hope you have them back in stock soon I came into order another box. And they freeze wonderfully.

I absolutely love rainbow cookies. These are some of the best rainbow cookies I've ever eaten I ordered them every year. I like to have one out and one in the freezer they last for months it's amazing and they taste fresh every time you eat them. I highly recommend these to anyone who loves them like I do. Delish!
