First time I bought these and they are great! Just like a coconut macaroon with more of a caramely flavor.

The ginger snaps in the 2 bags I received were somewhat soggy and tasted as if they had been sitting on the shelf too long. They're not as good as those we have received in our many previous orders.

The first order of them were very good cookies . I reordered 2 more ,very disappointed in the your quality control , they were small in size and not edible , like they were not baked or prepared,mixed properly .Threw both bags into the garbage , not sure if they were safe to consume .

the cookies are hard as a rock the only way you can break them is with a hammer! you can't even break them with your teeth!
