Perfect “dunkable” cookie. Too hard if you have advanced dental work, like me, to nibble at directly. Just right amount of ginger flavor, too.

Very good and fresh tasting. Can make them softer if put in a zip lock bag with something soft like bread or maybe a whole orange..I'm going to try it ...

This is my second time I have ordered these. I really love a real crispy cookie vs soft ones! The flavors of molasses and ginger stand out. I also did research regarding both these ingredients and I was very pleasantly surprised regarding the many Health benefits. I got the 1 pound bag last week and now the bag is empty. I love dunking them in my coffee or tea! I will absolutely be ordering them again!
