If you love gingerbread men cookies, you will love these! They are very tasty, and firm, but not too hard to bite, because they are thicker than Ginger Snaps!

If you love cinnamon, you will love these! Very tasty!

Very colorful on a cookie tray and the candy cane was very fresh and crunchy! I was not over the moon about the white coating but it did its job holding on to the mint. The chocolate cookie was also a lovely crunch. The chocolate flavor was well melded with the mint so much so that it was a hint. Overall everyone enjoyed them!

The taste reminds me of the ginger snaps I used to eat when I was a kid - rich in flavor.

Exactly what I was hoping for! Crispy and light, buttery and sweet, you just can't beat a shortbread cookie.

Same problem with these cookies like the rainbow cookies, too easy to pop into mouth and are delicious and fresh.

These are SO good. Definitely being added to my favorites. I had to stop myself from eating otherwise it would be gone in a day. Very yummy!

Not only are these cookies beautiful with their layers of color, the cookies are too easy to eat being cut to make it easy to just pop it in your mouth. These cookies are fabulous! Very fresh.

What I liked about these Ginger Snaps, is that first of all, I was so happy to finally find some really good and tasty Ginger Snap Cookies, and because I had been frantically searching for these specific kinds of cookies, for a very long time. Secondly, when I finally found them, I had wanted them so very badly, and I thought that they were going to run out, before I could order any more-->> that I just stocked up, on about 15 or so bags!!!! Thirdly, and last, but certainly, not the least-->> I am just so glad that I had finally found those old back in the day-->> and that I remember kind of Ginger Snap Cookies. I am just so very grateful that NOW, I KNOW-->> where I need to go to grab me some of my delectable and bodacious Ginger Snap Cookies!!! If you live in a place where nobody has heard of these, this is the best you'll be able to get without convincing a bakery in Brooklyn to Fedex you a batch. They are comparable to other packaged rainbow cookies and overall very good. In my case, they move around in the packaging en route and got kind of handled-looking, so I wouldn't serve them to guests. But they taste great!
