Yummy delightful little cakes. A perfect fresh little bite with tea or to arrange nicely with other items on a desert tower for guests. Light, moist, sweet but not too sweet, and with a light lemon essence. Not overpowering .

I love the ginger snaps

I love love love these ginger snaps. They have a little kick but oh so delicious. One thing that I was disappointed in, they packed the snaps on the bottom of box laying flat. They then proceeded to add the rest of my order on top. One bag is ok, the other bag has pieces. There is some whole snaps but more were crushed. I am enjoying them anyway. Love to dunk in a spot of tea.
