Love the chips, my new favorite. The problem has been the shipping. The chips came without protect packaging, a bag of crumbs. I am hoping nuts.com will send me a replacement order packed with protective packaging.

I love the lightly salted plantain chips. They are crispy, lightly salted and delicious. They are the perfect snack. Plus the order always comes on time without delay. I highly recommend them when you want a light and tasty snack.

These have become my favorite snack!

This is an *excellent* product. At risk of sounding cliché, they really do taste like fresh, ripe bananas. Specifically, they taste like bananas that have been freeze-dried at the perfect stage of ripeness: that is, when they’re quite sweet, but not cloyingly so, and still possess that wonderful texture before they get mushy. What you get is a bag of delicately crunchy banana slices that evoke the experience of eating a perfectly-ripened banana. I bought them as a garnish for cocktails; they still look like banana slices, and they don’t turn brown or attract fruit flies. However, after trying them and discovering them to be quite addictive, my wife and I polished off the whole bag. Planning to order more, as they’re a great value, and make for a great garnish.

Addictive! I love bananas and chocolate, especially when they are put together. These are crunchy and sweet and just yummy. I would like to see this in a dark chocolate version too, perhaps just a little less sweet. Still, if you like bananas and chocolate together, give these a go!
