Our crunchy pretzels aren’t your typical airplane snack! We carry a range of premium pretzels, stuffed pretzels, and even chocolate pretzel grahams. There are so many varieties to add a kick to your everyday snack or special occasion that gone are the days of eating just regular salted pretzels!

Start out with our milk chocolate covered pretzels. It’s our best selling pretzel, lightly salted pretzels and coated with a rich and decadent milk chocolate to create an addictive combination of sweet and salty. Or, if you’re feeling more adventurous, try our cinnamon yogurt pretzels. This pretzel is coated with a luxurious cinnamon yogurt topping, creating a flavor reminiscent of Cinnabon cinnamon buns. In addition to our sweet varieties, we also have savory peanut butter-filled pretzels and salty cheese pretzels to please even the pickiest eater.

With more than 20 pretzel options, it’s difficult not to find a variety that suits your taste buds or your special occasion. Stock up on pretzels to nibble throughout the day; pretzels are a satisfying snack that will fill you right up. Or set out a bowl of pretzels at your next party for a treat that all guest will enjoy. Yogurt and chocolate coated pretzels are also a great addition to weddings and baby showers, particularly for candy buffets. Just try not to eat the entire bag before your guests get there. (We know that can be difficult! Even we’ve done it before… .)

Historical Reference

Pretzels originated in 610 A.D near southern France or Northern Italy. A monk was preparing unleavened bread for Lent and he realized that he could turn the leftover dough into a treat to reward children for reciting their prayers. Pretzels became popular and soon made their way into European culture to become a symbol for good fortune, health, and prosperity. The pretzel then made its way to America in 1620 aboard the Mayflower. It was such a popular snack that they were an often-traded item.

The hard pretzel that we eat today wasn’t invented until a baker’s apprentice in Pennsylvania dozed off when baking soft pretzels. He started a fire and ended up baking the pretzels twice as long as necessary. This process accidentally created the crunchy, crisp pretzel that we know and love today.
