Japanese Sencha Green Tea

Sencha means “common tea,” and indeed, this is good old basic green tea, one of the most popular drinks in the world…and one of the tastiest. A pot of Japanese green tea tastes like pure sunlight, warm grass and happy energy. Low in caffeine so you can drink it all day long, as the Japanese do. This tea is great hot and even better when chilled and used for iced tea. Add a touch of honey for a truly special flavor.
Health Tips
Researchers from the Japanese Food Research Institute reported new data about a major group of compounds in green tea called catechins. These compounds have anti-oxidative, as well as antibacterial and even antiviral potency.

All things considered, your Japanese Sencha tea is a decent value. It is not the best but the best goes for $17 to $18 for 100grams and your price for a whole pound is an honest one in comparison. As a matter of fact I ordered a second pound yesterday.Walter, Louisville, TN
