I have been using this protein powder for about a year. And I find that there is enough protein in it to supplement my protein intake, since I am a vegan.Elise, North Arlington, NJ

This is a really good protein powder for smoothies, or adding to cookies to make them into a healthy snack. I am a vegan and sometimes I don't get enough protein. This way I am able to get all the protein I need.Elise, North Arlington, NJ
